Have you stared into the back of your eyelids until forms appear? Have you gazed up at the sky until you are sure you could fall up into it? Have you stood before an abandoned building and watched time collapse before your eyes? Then you've witnessed EMPTY LIGHT EVENTS.

Inspired by Christopher Hatchell's NAKED SEEING, a book about visual meditation, subtle body magick and dzogchen, EMPTY LIGHT EVENTS is ritual music for causing saturated color to appear, forms to empty themselves and ordinary to time fall away. This fusion of drone, post-rock, industrial, and minimal piano is for active listening and active imagination.

Originally released in April 2016, the album was recorded between 2011 and 2015, all source material live in studio. The tracks were performed live many times in various venues through 2014 and 2015. It has been enhanced and remastered for this special bandcamp release in 2020.
